Summary HSE Advisor – FIFO | 2:1 Roster | 6-Month Contract | $70-$80 p/h | WA Essential criteria: HSE Advisor – FIFO | 2:1 Roster 6-month contract | $70-$80 per hour Established mining and civil contractor across WA projects HSE Advisor – FIFO | 2:1 Roster | 6-Month Contract A well-established WA contractor delivering mining services and civil infrastructure projects across multiple sites is partnering with ECi to appoint an experienced HSE Advisor to support ongoing operations across Western Australia. This is a site-based, hands-on role suited to someone confident working in civil and contractor-driven environments, supporting crews across active work fronts. Your New Role Deliver practical, site-based HSE support across active projects Conduct audits, inspections and field observations Support incident investigations (ICAM or equivalent) Review and improve SWMS, risk assessments and safety documentation Work directly with supervisors, operators and subcontractors to manage risk Support pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily safety engagement Your Experience 4 years’ experience working as an HSE Advisor within civil or mining Confident delivering practical, on-the-ground safety outcomes Strong communication skills with the ability to influence crews and supervisors Strong exposure to: earthworks mobile plant contractor-led operations Your Qualifications Cert IV in WHS (Essential) Diploma or Advanced Diploma (Highly regarded) ICAM or equivalent investigation training (desirable) What’s on Offer FIFO 2:1 roster 6-month contract with potential for extension $70–$80 per hour depending on experience Opportunity to work across established mining and civil projects How to apply: If you have the relevant experience and would like to hear more about this exciting opportunity, please APPLY VIA THE LINK or email any questions to – I look forward to receiving your application.
